Safety escalations are read by a real coach within hours, every time. We keep an ack timer on the dashboard so this stays a promise, not a claim.

Plain-English ToS

Our terms are written at an eighth-grade reading level. If a clause needs a lawyer to understand, we'll rewrite it until it doesn't.

One upsell per month, max

If you're on the founding tier, we won't ask you to upgrade more than once a month. Dismiss it and it's gone until the next month.
